Your Privacy Choices

Version: 2026-08-08.1 · Effective date: August 8, 2026

loggit is built around private-by-default personal records. This page explains the controls available to you and how to submit privacy requests.

Review and correct information

You can review and edit most profile, inventory, location, spot, item, collection, trip, moving, reminder, value, note, and related information directly in the app.

Export records

loggit provides supported CSV and PDF export tools. Exported files leave loggit's protected environment and become your responsibility. Store and share them carefully.

Manage sharing

Owners can share supported Locations, Spots, and Items with another loggit user as a Viewer or Editor.

Owners can change permissions or revoke access. Revocation prevents future in-app access but cannot retrieve copies, screenshots, exports, or disclosures a recipient made outside loggit.

Delete your account and data

In the app, go to:

Profile → Account Safety → Delete Account

Follow the confirmation steps. No support ticket is required to initiate deletion.

The production deletion process is designed to remove your account, user-owned database records, stored files, sharing relationships, and authentication account. For Sign in with Apple accounts, loggit attempts to revoke the associated Apple authorization before destructive deletion begins.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through Apple or the App Store.

Limited information may remain after account deletion where described in the Privacy Policy, including provider-managed backups, subscription or transaction systems, security records, and a minimal legal-acceptance record retained for seven years to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. That legal record does not contain your inventory, photos, notes, receipts, Apple tokens, authorization codes, payment-card information, or plaintext email address.

Arbitration opt-out

The Terms include a binding individual arbitration agreement and class-action waiver.

You may opt out within 30 days after accepting the arbitration agreement, or within 30 days after accepting a materially changed arbitration version, without affecting your account or access.

Submit the in-app opt-out through:

Profile → Legal & Support → Arbitration

or email legal@loggit.life with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out." Include your full name, the email associated with your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of the loggit arbitration agreement.

Manage subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. View, manage, cancel, or restore purchases through the in-app controls and your Apple account or App Store subscription settings.

loggit does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and tracking

loggit does not sell personal information.

loggit does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

loggit does not use personal information for targeted advertising and does not use an advertising SDK or cross-app tracking at launch.

Because we do not currently engage in those activities, a sale/share or targeted-advertising opt-out does not change our core processing. We will honor applicable legally recognized preference signals where required if our practices change.

Additional privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal of a privacy decision.

Email privacy@loggit.life with:

  • the type of request;
  • the email associated with your account;
  • enough information to identify the relevant account or issue; and
  • the state or country where you reside, if relevant to the request.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, Apple authorization codes, private keys, complete payment-card information, or unnecessary sensitive content.

We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

Security and privacy concerns

Report a suspected security or privacy issue to privacy@loggit.life with "Security" or "Privacy" in the subject line.

Include only the minimum information needed to understand or reproduce the issue.
