Question 1

Is loggit free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. loggit has a free plan for getting started. Premium and Max unlock higher limits, more photos, QR tags, Smart Add scans, voice commands, and advanced tools.

Question 2

What can I track in loggit?

Accepted Answer

Homes, rooms, closets, drawers, garages, cars and their service history, storage units, bins, moving boxes, travel bags, collections, receipts, warranties, and everyday items — with photos, notes, locations, values, and QR tags.

Question 3

How does Smart Add work?

Accepted Answer

Snap a photo, scan a barcode/UPC/EAN/ISBN, or scan a QR tag. loggit uses AI-assisted tools to suggest a name, category, and details. You review the suggestions and save the record — nothing is saved automatically.

Question 4

Are my records private?

Accepted Answer

Your inventory starts private. Items, photos, values, notes and records are not published as a public profile. You choose what to share, with whom, and can revoke access at any time.

Question 5

Can I scan barcodes and QR codes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. loggit scans UPC, EAN, and ISBN barcodes, and supports QR-based organization so boxes, bins, spots, locations, and items can have scannable records.

Question 6

Can I export my inventory?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can export your records for insurance prep, moving, estate planning, or personal backup.

Question 7

What is the difference between Free, Premium, and Max?

Accepted Answer

Free is best for trying loggit and organizing a small set of items. Premium is best for growing households. Max is best for power users, collectors, movers, heavy QR users, and people who want the highest limits.

Question 8

Does loggit work offline?

Accepted Answer

Partially. Previously loaded records may remain available for limited offline viewing. Reliable saving, syncing, sharing, subscriptions, AI-assisted features, voice processing, and barcode or product lookup require an internet connection, and information created or edited offline may not be durably queued or synchronized. Make changes while connected.

Question 9

What happens to my records if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your records remain yours. If you cancel a paid plan you drop to the free plan's limits, but existing items are not deleted.

Question 10

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Account controls let you delete your account and associated data.

Question 11

Can I upload a spreadsheet?

Accepted Answer

CSV import is on the way. It is not available yet.

Question 12

Is loggit for businesses?

Accepted Answer

loggit is designed first for personal organization. Small operators, collectors, organizers, and resellers may find it useful, but it is not positioned as enterprise inventory software.

Question 13

What future integrations are being explored?

Accepted Answer

Marketplace-ready exports, listing tools, and collectible workflows are planned for a future release.
